The Paris agreement, adopted in 2015, aims to prevent the global average temperature of the planet from exceeding 2ºC compared to pre-industrial levels, which is why an economic and social transformation is necessary. Climate change and gender disparity in the energy sector is a reality. To establish a direct relationship between the energy transition and gender parity, it is necessary to make female references visible.
